- Bake the baguette according to the package instructions and let cool.
- Wash the lettuce and separate into pieces. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- Wash the chicken breast, towel dry, and slice. Season with salt and pepper. In a lightly oiled pan, quickly brown both sides of the chicken slices. Remove the chicken from the pan and cover each slice with a piece of mozzarella. Bake the chicken and mozzarella for a few minutes in the oven.
- Slice the baguette and top each slice with lettuce, Organic Tomato Ketchup, and a piece of the crispy chicken-mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
