  1. Bake the baguette according to the package instructions and let cool.
  2. Wash the lettuce and separate into pieces. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  3. Wash the chicken breast, towel dry, and slice. Season with salt and pepper. In a lightly oiled pan, quickly brown both sides of the chicken slices.  Remove the chicken from the pan and cover each slice with a piece of mozzarella. Bake the chicken and mozzarella for a few minutes in the oven.
  4. Slice the baguette and top each slice with lettuce, Organic Tomato Ketchup, and a piece of the crispy chicken-mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
