  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together, apart from the chocolate
  3. Add the rice syrup and oil and mix well
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a tray with grease-proof paper
  5. Place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes
  6. Keep checking the mixture and stir occasionally
  7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray
  8. Finely chop the chocolate and mix under the granola when it has cooled down
  9. Store in a jar
  10. Enjoy
